An 8 week course introduction to the theory and practice of mindfulness meditation. It offers participants:
- Instruction in the fundamentals of mindfulness meditation
- Study of the psychological principles underpinning the practice
- Exploration of the contemplative spiritual traditions in which meditation practices originated
- Support for developing a personal meditation practice
