Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness is the practice of cultivating non-judgmental awareness in day to day life.  Rekindle the Spirit Institute offers basic, advanced and “going deeper” programs of mindfulness. 

Holistic Stress Management

Rekindle the Spirit Institute programs provide research based programs to empower individuals to create a “toolkit” of many simple ways you can make your stress and maintain a sense of balance in one’s life.

Building Community

Groups that have a shared purpose and values often have projects to develop.   It involves weaving together the passions, talents, insights, and experiences of a wide range of people who are committed to a common purpose.
